Pathology is separate. If your report includes microscopic diagnoses such as “tubular adenoma,” “sessile serrated lesion,” or “dysplasia,” use the pathology report explainer.

A colonoscopy report has context the tool cannot see.
Follow-up timing can depend on the number, size, location and pathology of lesions; whether removal was complete; bowel-prep quality; exam completeness; family/personal history; and previous colonoscopies. The endoscopist's recommendation and final pathology are therefore more important than a keyword match.
